Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, T - triangulaire avec un angle inclus de 60°, taille 16 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux : le brise-copeaux RF est robuste et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel stable et modéré. Il convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (pièces moulées en fer et alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
