Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en V - losange avec un angle inclus de 35°, taille 16 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux UR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables. Revêtue MT-CVD, substrat à gradient de fonction T9425, conçue principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (pièces moulées en fer et alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
