Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, T - triangulaire avec angle inclus de 60°, taille 16 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux RM3 est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large dépouille négative. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T9425 MT-CVD revêtu et à gradient fonctionnel est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
