Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en V – losange 35° d'angle d'arête, taille 13 avec rayon de bec 0,2 mm. Le brise-copeaux FF2 est coupant et constitue le premier choix pour la super-finition des aciers. Il présente un angle de dépouille légèrement positif sans T-land. Il convient également aux fontes. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
