Plaquette négative double face, rhomboïde à 55° avec un diamètre de cercle inscrit de 0,5 pouce, 0,25 pouce d'épaisseur, rayon de bec de 0,0315 pouce, précision d'indexage selon la classe de tolérance ISO-M. En nuance T5415, un carbure WC-Co revêtu MT-CVD. Le brise-copeaux KM est polyvalent et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel stable et large.
