Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, C - rhomboïde 80° d'angle inclus, taille 6 avec rayon de bec 0,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux UR est polyvalente et le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
