Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, C - rhomboïde avec un angle inclus de 80°, taille 6 avec un rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux RF est robuste et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille légèrement positif et une arête de coupe stable et modérée. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
