Plaquette positive simple face, C - rhomboïde 80° d'angle inclus, taille 9 avec rayon de bec de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux UR polyvalent est le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat. Elle convient également pour les aciers et, sous certaines conditions, pour les aciers inoxydables. Revêtement MT-CVD, substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
