Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en forme de losange C à angle inclus de 80°, taille 9 avec rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux W-FM est dotée d'une arête racleuse et est conçue pour la finition des aciers, des aciers inoxydables et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une bande de renfort étroite et positive. Elle est dotée d'un substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux suivants : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe continue.
