Plaquette positive simple face, C - rhomboïde angle de 80°, taille 9 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NF2 est affûtée et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat de dépouille. Il convient également aux superalliages et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers, aux fontes et aux alliages non ferreux. Le substrat T9425 est recouvert d'un revêtement MT-CVD à gradient de fonction et conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
