Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en losange à 80°, taille 9 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux W-FM est dotée d'une arête racleuse et est conçue pour la finition des aciers, des aciers inoxydables et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et un listel étroit et positif. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD à gradient de fonctionnalités, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe continue.
