Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en forme de losange à 80°, taille 12 avec un rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux RM3 est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille positif et une large bande en T négative. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10% et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2% de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
