Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, C - rhomboïdale angle inclus 80°, taille 12 avec rayon de bec 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux RM est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large facette stable. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables, et sous certaines conditions aux superalliages et aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et d'une gradation fonctionnelle, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P.
