Plaquette négative double face, C - rhomboïde, angle d'inclusion de 80°, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux .NMA..S plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille neutre et une arête de coupe négative et modérée. Elle convient également de manière conditionnelle aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD, convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
