Plaquette négative double face, C - rhomboïde, angle de 80° inclus, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux .NMA plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen de la fonte. Elle présente un angle de coupe neutre sans T-land. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux matériaux durs et au substrat T5405 à base de WC-Co avec revêtement MT-CVD. Convient aux matériaux : K - fonte (pièces moulées en fer et alliages de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
