Plaquette négative double face, C - rhomboïde 80° d'angle d'arête, taille 16 avec rayon de pointe 1,6 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux .NMA plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe neutre sans T-land. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux matériaux durs, et le substrat à base de WC-Co T5405, revêtu MT-CVD, convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2% de carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
