Plaquette de tournage négative double face, C - rhomboïde angle inclus de 80°, taille 9 avec rayon de pointe de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NF est affûtée et constitue le premier choix pour la finition fine des aciers, des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de coupe très positif et une bande de listel étroite et très positive. Il convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux fontes, aux alliages non ferreux et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et d'une structure fonctionnellement gradée, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Aciers inoxydables (aciers résistant à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Aciers et aciers moulés (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
