Plaquette de tournage négative double face, C - rhomboïde angle inclus de 80°, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux KR est robuste et le premier choix pour l'ébauche des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et une large facette. Il convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD. Convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
