Plaquette négative double face, C - rhomboïdale à angle inclus de 80°, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux Le brise-copeaux R est robuste et conçu pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Il présente un angle d'inclinaison légèrement positif et une surface double T négative/stable, extra-large. Il convient également sous conditions aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T5405 à base de WC-Co revêtu de MT-CVD convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
