Plaquette de tournage négative double face, C - rhomboïde, angle de 80°, taille 12 avec rayon de pointe de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et une arête de coupe positive et étroite. Elle convient également de manière conditionnelle aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 revêtu de MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
