Plaquette négative double face, de forme C - rhomboïdale 80° - taille 12 avec rayon de bec 1,2 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux Le brise-copeaux KM est polyvalent et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel large et stable. Il convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers et aux matériaux durs, et de nuance T5405 en substrat WC-Co avec revêtement MT-CVD. La nuance convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
