Plaquette de tournage négative double face, C – rhomboïde, angle d’arête de 80°, taille 16 avec un rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une terre négative/stable et modérée. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Substrat T9425 MT-CVD à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
