Plaquette de tournage négative simple face, C - rhomboïde 80° d'angle inclus, taille 16 avec rayon de coin 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux NR2, le brise-copeaux est robuste et le premier choix pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de coupe positif et un double brise-copeaux négatif/négatif, extra-large. Il convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux fontes et aux superalliages. Substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
