Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - rhomboïde avec un angle inclus de 55°, taille 7 avec un rayon de coin de 0,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux UR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille positif sans méplat. Elle convient également pour les aciers, et conditionnellement pour les aciers inoxydables. Revêtue MT-CVD, substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté de < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
