Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - angle de 55° en losange, taille 7 avec rayon de pointe de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers. Elle présente un angle de dépouille positif et un méplat de coupe étroit et positif. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables, et conditionnellement aux fontes et aux alliages non ferreux. et substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425 revêtu de MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
