Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - rhomboïde 55° d'angle inclus, taille 11 avec rayon de bec de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux RF est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel stable et modéré. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
