Plaquette positive simple face, D - rhomboïde 55° d'angle inclus, taille 11 avec rayon de bec 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux RM est robuste et le premier choix pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large dépouille stable. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables et, sous certaines conditions, aux superalliages et aux matériaux durs. Substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD. Convient aux matériaux : K - fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe continue.
