Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - rhomboïdale angle inclus 55°, taille 11 avec rayon de pointe de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux, le brise-copeaux UR est polyvalent et le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat de protection. Il convient également aux aciers, et sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
