Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - rhomboïdale 55° (angle inclus), taille 15 avec rayon de bec 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux Le brise-copeaux RM est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Il présente un angle d'attaque positif et une lèvre de dégagement large et stable. Il convient également aux aciers inoxydables et, sous certaines conditions, aux superalliages et aux matériaux durs. Substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers alliés ≤ 10% et dureté < 45HRC), M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11% de chrome), K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2% de carbone) et continu.
