Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, D - rhomboïde 55° avec angle inclus, taille 11 et rayon de bec de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux W-FM est dotée d'une arête de wiper et est conçue pour la finition des aciers, des aciers inoxydables et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une bande de listel positive et étroite. Le substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Aciers inoxydables (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), P - Aciers et aciers moulés (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fontes (pièces moulées en fer et alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
