Plaquette négative double face, en forme de D – rhomboïdale avec un angle inclus de 55°, taille 11 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux NF, le brise-copeaux est tranchant et le premier choix pour la super-finition des aciers, des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de dépouille très positif et une bande de serrage étroite et très positive. Il convient également sous certaines conditions aux fontes, aux alliages non ferreux et aux super-alliages. et substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
