Plaquette de tournage négative double-face, D - rhombe 55°, taille 15 avec rayon de pointe 1,2 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et un listel modéré, négatif/stable. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Revêtement MT-CVD, substrat à gradient de fonction T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers alliés à ≤ 10 % et d'une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
