Plaquette de tournage négative double face, D - rhomboïde, angle de 55°, taille 15 avec un rayon de pointe de 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux Le brise-copeaux R est robuste et conçu pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Il présente un angle d'attaque légèrement positif et un listel large, négatif/stable et double T. Il convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Et un substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel avec revêtement MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
