Plaquette négative double face, D - rhombe 55°, taille 15 avec rayon de pointe de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel positif et étroit. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P et convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe continue.
