Plaquette de tournage négative double face, D - rhomboïdale angle inclus 55°, taille 15 avec rayon de pointe 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et un listel négatif/stable et modéré. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Revêtement MT-CVD, substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
