Plaquette négative double face, en forme de losange à 55° d'angle d'inclusion, taille 15 avec rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NMR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de coupe positif et une large facette en T positive. Il convient également aux aciers et superalliages. Et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu de MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et Coupe légèrement interrompue.
