Plaquette de tournage négative double-face, D - rhombe 55° d'angle inclus, taille 15 avec un rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux RM est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large dépouille stable. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables, aux fontes et, sous certaines conditions, aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45HRC), M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
