Plaquette de tournage négative double face, D - rhomboïde 55° d'angle inclus, taille 15 avec rayon de coin de 1,6 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et une arête de coupe étroite et positive. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu de MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
