Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, S - carrée, taille 12 avec un rayon de coin de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux FM polyvalent et du premier choix pour la finition des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une bande T positive et étroite. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables et, sous certaines conditions, aux fontes et aux alliages non ferreux. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et Coupe continue.
