Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, S – carrée, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux RF, robuste et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et une plage d'appui stable et modérée. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
