Plaquette de tournage négative double face, S - carrée, taille 12 avec un rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux NF est affûtée et constitue le premier choix pour la finition fine des aciers et des aciers inoxydables. Elle présente un angle de coupe très positif et une facette très positive et étroite. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux fontes, aux alliages non ferreux et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 est revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
