Plaquette négative double face, S - carrée, taille 12 avec rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux NF est affûtée et constitue le premier choix pour la finition fine des aciers, des aciers inoxydables. Elle présente un angle de coupe très positif et une bande de serrage étroite et très positive. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux fontes, aux alliages non ferreux et aux superalliages. Le substrat MT-CVD à gradient fonctionnel T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux suivants : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et Coupe légèrement interrompue.
