Plaquette négative double face, S - carrée, taille 12 avec un rayon de coin de 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux R est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel en T double, extra-large, négatif/stable. Elle convient également de manière conditionnelle aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T5405, revêtu de MT-CVD, à base de WC-Co, est adapté aux matériaux : K - Fonte (pièces moulées en fer et alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
