Plaquette de tournage négative double face, S - carrée, taille 12 avec un rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux R est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille légèrement positif et une double lèvre en T négative/stable, extra-large. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10% et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2% de carbone) et coupes légèrement interrompues.
