Plaquette double face négative, S – carrée, taille 15 avec rayon de coin de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux NMR est polyvalente et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des aciers inoxydables. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large facette T positive. Elle convient également aux aciers et aux super-alliages. Le substrat T9425 revêtu de MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux suivants : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
