Plaquette de tournage négative double face, S - carrée, taille 19 avec rayon de coin de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen de la fonte. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une dépouille stable/négative, à listel modéré. Elle convient également pour les aciers, et sous certaines conditions pour les matériaux durs. Le substrat T9425 MT-CVD, à gradient de fonction, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient pour les matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers à teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
