Plaquette de tournage négative simple-face, S - carrée, taille 19 avec un rayon de bec de 1,6 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux HR2 est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une double lèvre en T stable et extra-large. Elle convient également de manière conditionnelle aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
