Plaquette de tournage négative simple face, S - carrée, taille 19 avec rayon de coin de 2,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux HR2 est robuste et conçue pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une double lèvre en T stable et extra-large. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe interrompue.
