Plaquette de tournage négative simple face, S - carrée, taille 19 avec un rayon de pointe de 2,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une double lèvre de dégagement extra-large négative/stable. Elle convient également aux fontes, et conditionnellement aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et d'une structure fonctionnellement graduée, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe interrompue.
