Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, T - triangulaire avec angle inclus de 60°, taille 11 avec rayon de bec de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux UR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif sans listel. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe continue.
